We came in on Thursday night to get box springs and a bed frame. Devein was wonderful. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. We called a place down the street (we won't put the name out there) first and that person knew nothing about mattresses.
I bought 2 twins, a full and a very expensive queen mattress with an adjustable frame a month before we moved. I was told they would be delivered the day after settlement . I went to the store 3 days before delivery to make sure we were still good and I was told we were and I would receive an email Friday evening telling me what time they would arrive on sat. Friday night at 830pm still no email. I call the store to find out what's up and they tell me it was changed to TUESDAY!!!! If I hadn't called no one would have contacted me to tell me this!!! I was beyond angry. My family moved, furniture was there but no mattresses. I went to the store where I picked up the 2 twins and a full but an upgraded version and was given 2 pillows I really liked for my inconvenience. Our quees and base dis mot come until Tuesday but the salesman at the Rehoboth store made it right with the upgrades and pillows. We LOVE our mattresses but still a little apprehensive about buying there again because we got no notification of the delivery change.
We purchased a memory foam mattress here. Devin helped us. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and extremely helpful. We are very happy with our purchase here. I'd recommend Devin to anyone who is looking for a mattress!
My wife and I stopped in a couple mattress stores and when we got to Mattress Warehouse we decided to purchase our set here at Coastal Highway. The prices were much more affordable. We were on our way home to the next state over but decided to stop here anyway. The sales person was very pleasant and professional. He tested us to get an idea of our perfect bed. We purchased our set on a Tuesday and received our bed on the following Friday. The men that delivered the bed were fast and pleasant. We are now enjoying our new bed, our first new bed in a couple decades!
Our salesman, Devin, was so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We expected the mattress buying process to take a couple of hours but we were in and out in a very short time. If we ever need another mattress for our vacation home, we will definitely come back to Mattress Warehouse! Highly satisfied customer!
