Information about location and room amenities is straightforward. Customer service is great and helpful. The suites are well equipped with appliances for a comfortable stay.
We usually stay at this hotel 2 days because we have a townhouse almost on the beach that we go to for the week. It's a good place to stay for the small amount of time we're here and it gives us a couple extra days here. It's pet friendly and nice to go to the little market next door for breakfast or any other small food items you might want really fast.
Pet friendly kitchen efficiency. Basic but nice. Only downside is noise from Rt 1. Our room door opens out so that baby gate could be put right inside which was very reassuring.
Clean room. Responsive staff. Good location.
Room was clean, no stains or smells, though it did have a few dents and dings. Very pet friendly hotel staff. They were also very understanding of a scheduling conflict we had with our room and were able to extend our room stay. Excellent customer service.
