Rooms were great. Seemed modern. I think they were recently renovated. Staff was helpful, although I didn't interact with them much. Next to the beach (30 second walk). Had a view of the water but not the sand from the second floor.

Unfortunately this was the worst place we have ever stayed. The website says the six person deluxe suite has all new furniture. IT DOES NOT. This must be a very old picture on the website because the furniture is stained and uneven/worn. The carpet and floor is totally disgusting.... Huge stains on the carpet and grimy. Kitchen floor was sticky and had stuff stuck on the floor. You cannot walk on the floors without something on your feet. Table was dirty when we got there. Top sheet on one of the beds had stains on it. Faucet in shower is extremely loose.. shower rod was loose on the one side. Fire sprinkler in bathroom is rusty. Fire place stinks when we turned it on had to turn it off fast was afraid it would caught on fire. Half of the outlets cannot be used because the plug falls out of the loose outlets. OMG I could go on but these are the worst things. Oh there is a bench right outside the Window of the bedroom so you can forget about getting any sleep.
Great location. It cannot be beat because you are steps away from the boardwalk!! Rooms exactly as described on website. Staff nice and super friendly. If you only care about getting to the ocean, this is your spot!
I have been to the Admiral many times. They have updated the look of the rooms. You are only steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Most rooms are ocean view. They also have an indoor pool. A little expensive for a week stay, but fine for a few day get-together.
