Ask for Darin...excellent service..made buying a mattress painless
To say our experience over the last two weeks has been terrible is an absolute understatement. We purchased a mattress here and within 60 days the center wood piece in the box spring completely shattered in 2 different places. With the way it shattered, there’s no way the center piece of wood wasn’t broken prior to us receiving the box spring. We called mattress firm, and the first sales associate told us to call Sealy directly...what does Sealy do? Tells us we have to go through mattress firm customer service. So, we go BACK to mattress firm and the sales associate tells us we need to start a “claims” process WITH SEALY or we can pay $160 for a new box spring AND $60 delivery fee…I’m sorry…WHAT?? This box spring is BARELY 60 days old…what happened to these great “warranties” we were supposed to receive for 10 years…and WHY is there so much finger pointing between the retailer and the manufacturer? This experience has been an absolute nightmare…we will never be purchasing a mattress from Mattress Firm again…and we’ll certainly make sure it’s not a product of Sealy. A box spring is pennies to a retailer like this, there’s absolutely no reason why they could replace our box spring with a new one, pick up our broken one…and then THEY can deal with the “claim” that needs to be submitted to Sealy. It’s absolutely absurd! Shop here at your own risk…and if you choose to…make sure it is abundantly clear on the product that you’re purchasing!

Andre C. and Marty were amazing to work with. Their customer service was outstanding. They truly went above and beyond for my grandfather and myself! They took time to actually communicate with us both making us completely comfortable in our purchase with their knowledge and experience! This company needs more like those two as we had went to another location in the area of the same company that the experience was terrible! At the other location we were treated like they didn't want to waste time with is even though we were the only customers in that store! We hesitated going to another Mattress Firm location due to our mistreatment HOWEVER WE ARE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL WE CHOSE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! In the future I would recommend THIS LOCATION MATTRESS FIRM and most definitely highly recommend Andre and Marty! If we need any other mattresses we will only go to this store because of these two and I would hope they'd always be there or at least on their days off have others with the high standards of customer service ethics as these two clearly have!!! Thank you both!!!
