You really couldn't ask for much more from the proprietors of the Homestead Bed & Breakfast. It was an amazing weekend, and we look forward to many more visits.
The only complaint I actually have was the squeaky bed. If I turned over in my sleep, I would wake myself up. There bed was a nice bed, with a firm mattress, and plenty of pillows.
Great pet friendly place away from the crowds with beach and outlet shopping a few minutes away. Amazing hosts and all the little details of home make this place special! They have thought of pretty much everything! The rooms are spotless and beds are comfy. There is a large yard with fenced in area for dogs as well as a pet shower to rinse off the sand. The property is located on a busy intersection, try to get a room in the back of the house to avoid some noise. The complimentary breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options, Sunday omelets are amazing! Be sure to have one of Joe's awesome Bloody Mary's
The room we stayed in, the sunflower room, was beautiful, bright, and their biggest room in the house. It was very clean, with an HDTV, cable, a DVD player DVDs downstairs if you wanted to play them on the TV in your room), a refrigerator with glad and an ice bucket in the room, a few chairs and a big bathroom.
Joe and David are excellent hosts! My husband and I have stayed here twice now with our puppy. The bedrooms are comfortable with a nice seashore decor. Breakfast is delicious and healthy with great options for vegans. Plus you cannot beat the pet-friendliness! Looking forward to our return... Erika

The wife and I had a great stay at the Homestead Bed & Breakfast this past weekend. The hosts Joe and Dave were awesome, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around. In the weekends they serve a homemade breakfast in addition to the continental breakfast that they put out each morning, and the food the seared was awesome.
