Morning Staff was very Friendly! Evening staff not so much. You definitely get what you pay for. Stay was not bad but the rooms could definitely use an upgrade!! IF YOU ARE USE TO HD TV YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!! TV is very old fashion and most of the channel have very poor picture quality! Overall the room was okay,if your just using to shower and sleep.
The room was fine, found a stain on the sheets so I just removed them. They should keep an eye out for that kind of thing. Most people aren't Iike me. Good location. I like that I can walk to the cracker barrel and most other places nearby. Prices are affordable and it's close to my job so that's another couple of great things. Service was fine, people were nice. Everyone made me feel welcome. I'd stay there again. Also I meant to leave 4 stars and not 3. My apologies.
The rooms are clean and very home like. There is a tv, mini frig, microwave and coffee pot. Would have given 5 stars but the breakfast was about what you would get at a less expensive Motel. Pool was very clean and loved the service from the staff. Internet was hit or miss at times. We expected that with all rooms rented. All in all we had a great experience and will use this motel in the future.
The beds were comfortable and breakfast was fair. However, the bathtub was clogged and we had to shower as fast as possible otherwise it would fill it up quickly. The elevators had a weird smell too.
I brought 6 families to this property for a baseball tournament this past weekend. Many of us experienced unclean rooms. One room there were construction materials on the floor still when they came in. My room had drywall dust on the carpet and holes in the wall from the doorknob. I choose to look past the cleanliness. We had one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, I looked past this, We had 3 towels for a family of four staying there, I looked past this. I even looked past one of the beds in the room smelling of urine that was coming from the mattress. The Ice Machine outside of the room that wakes you up every time someone dispenses ICE, I could look past. The staff told me that the hotel was completely booked up this weekend, so when the toilet backed up during my shower and put toilet water all over the floor I had enough. I asked if it could be fixed, but staff told me the maintenance team didn't come in until 8 am. This was 6:30 am and we needed to get on the road. I asked if my family could take a shower in a different room, but the hotel was completely booked up. So it was a really bad ending to a not so good stay. I don't complain about much, but I had to share my experience with all as a warning. After I filed my formal complaint, the hotel refunded me 1/2 day of lodging on a 3 day stay. Don't cheap out to stay here. Spend a little more and enjoy a stay elsewhere. First and last time using EconoLodge.
