8/4/17 6:00pm. was looking for something quick on our ride home from Ocean City. The meal was good, what we expected and up to Wendy's standards. What impressed my wife and I though was the manager. I wanted coffee to go with my meal instead of a soda and the manager went out if his way to brew a fresh pot. When I said he didn't have to he said "I'll have a cup too and grab a refill before you leave". Before we left we decided to get a Frosty and he immediately asked if I wanted my refill. I didn't need one so I just thanked him. while we were there we noticed he had some new employees and the place was pretty busy but this guy kept his cool, was super nice to the customers but more importantly nice to the people that worked for him. it made everyone in line comfortable and you could tell it made us all a little more patient.Didn't catch his name but that guy was a really nice man. I never wote one of these before but if you need to choose a quick bite while traveling that part of rt. 1 stop at Wendy's, you'll be happy you did.
Slowest service ever. Last time I’m coming here. Fast food my ass. Lazy lazy incompetent staff. 20 min and still waiting. I’m a local and this happens every time I come here. I constantly give the benefit of the doubt. Get it together Rehoboth Beach wendys !!!
Would give them a zero. Three separate orders and all three had issues. Took my incorrect order in and the lady couldn't understand that I wanted 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers instead of the two jr cheeseburgers they gave me. The just wanted to add bacon and wipe off onions and pickles !! What!? Then we got frostys with no spoons straws or napkins.
Wendy's is one of the better fast food options in town, in my opinion. However, this one is hit or miss with the employees and service. Sometimes they are five-star, sometimes they are one star. No consistency. I do like there Frosties however and I always buy the annual St Judes keychain that gets me a free small Frosty anytime I make another purchase
-and fast food workers want $15 an hour!!!??
It was truly pleased with the night crew at this establishment. It was late. Me and my family have been on the road for many hour to get to our hotel. Our order was taken by Tynetta. She was amazing. Friendly and kind. Thank you
