I stopped into El Azteca on my way home from a trip. The atmosphere is great! The food is awesome and the service is fast and efficient. Ask for Alberto; he's very knowledgeable about the food and is very pleasant.
I had a great experience, thanks to Andrea. Andrea was very knowledgeable about the menu. She was also very attentive and kind. The food was good too! Overall, wonderful experience.
Great food, good service, fair prices. Stopped here with our family of 6 on way to Rehoboth Beach for the day. Server was great, got the order correct, food excellent. Clean restaurant. Good menu options for kids as well. Unlimited chips and amazing salsa. Would definately stop back again!! Was a nice change from the overabundance of pizza everywhere!!!!

This place serves standard Tex Mex style cuisine, but it's actually tasty. While the steak was a little salty when I had the steak salad, overall, the flavour was quite good. The salsa was definitely a plus, a decent flavour, enough heat to make it interesting, but not so spicy that you were dying from heat. The staff was quite pleasant, and one of the waiters just gushed over my 8 month old, but it was obvious it was genuine, not forced.
We arrived early w four kids, two grandparents and three adults for dinner. Food was good, atmosphere was family friendly, restaurant was clean and the service was great. It wasn't easy for the waiter, no doubt. But he helped make the experience a positive one. Food was typical Mexican fare and good! The homemade guacamole was worth the trip. We'd go back!
Growing up in Georgia and living 12.5 years in Texas, I'm rather spoiled when it comes to good Mexican food. Since moving to Maryland, I've yet to find a place that has good food AND good salsa. To me, a good salsa is an absolute necessity for a really good Tex-Mex restaurant. I still haven't found it in Maryland - and until 2016, I hadn't found it in Rehoboth or Bethany Beach either. Then along came El Azteca.
