Had the twice cooked pork belly with white rice...it was delicious and service was superb.
This place is the best asian restaurant in rehoboth with authentic chinese flare. The service was great! The owner is so courteous, friendly and genuinely interested in providing good experience. Hot peppers are so hot!! Love, love. My husband had whole seabass.. it was amazingly presented and tasted GOOD.
The chicken ginger soup was in a tasteless broth. The entree was not even a normal portion. Egg rolls were delicious.
Food is exceptional; fresh and flavorful. We had some nice leftovers so the price ($72 for four) was balanced out by the fact that we made two meals out of our one visit. Even our pickiest eater was happy with her meal when we were done.
We always go to Confucius when in Rehoboth for the excellent food, very good service and low key atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone!
