Me and my husband went as a date night. It was VERY nice inside so we were expecting a hearty bill. The waitress was very polite and helped us with alot. The all around demeanor was great and the food was amazing. Deff will be coming back.
Ordered the Wings.. Awesome..Main course was The Red Brick Chicken with caramelized Brussels sprouts, butter mash taters with pureed corn. Chased it with a great beer.
This is a tough one. After being seated we waited 10 to 15 minutes until our waitress came over to introduce herself and take drink orders. After she did she was very nice and attentive. We tried to order appetizers first crab dip and calamari. After a few minutes someone else comes and informs us they ran out of calamari. This upset my wife and my daughter they really wanted it. So we just ordered the crab dip and our entrees. My 10 year old and her friend liked their entrees one got pasta the other chicken fingers. My wife got a salad and I got the fish tacos. My fish tacos were excellent! My wife liked her salad and the crab dip. I was not a fan of the crab dip way too salty for me. My wife got the blackwall hitch shandy...mixed drink and was disappointed. Food good , service great once it started. A little pricey for drinks in my opinion. But I would definitely go back for the fish tacos!
We called ahead for a larger group and got an 8PM reservation. We arrived on time and were told it may be a few minutes. We asked for an update at 8:20, they said they were setting the table. Another group sat at the table they had set. We asked what was going on, they said ours was another table that they were waiting for the party to leave. At 8:35 they took our group in and said they couldn't seat us together and would have to sit us at two different tables. My wife and I walked out and went to Grotto. We were seated immediately, were given outstanding service and had a great meal, followed by a nice walk on the boardwalk.
Delicious food, the shrimp and grits is amazing. Waitstaff very courteous and friendly. Enjoy it every time I come here.
