Half way through my meal the waitress asked if I wanted a box to take home my meal. I was in middle of a bite. She left the check after I asked if they needed our table. There were five other tables at 8:30. Felt rushed and unappreciated!!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They were very considerate and helpful in dealing with our special dietary needs.
Its near Christmas and it seems everyone is always in a hurry . we stop here for dinner and had a young waiter name Joey. All I can say is thank you thank you thank you. Great customer service ,great food , at a reasonable price. The wait staff were all top notch food was hot a d drinks were always kept full.
Convenient location - walking distance from my job at the seaside outlets. Management will do anything to ensure that every guest leaves happy. Friendly servers. Food is inconsistent, but good most of the time. Fan of the lunch combo before 3 pm!
We were visiting Delaware and shopping at the outlets so decided to go into Applebee's which is our kids favorite. The service was excellent but the Food from kitchen unacceptable. My kids ordered fish & chips, baby back ribs with fries. The ribs were burnt with charcoal black showing on the whole slab. The fries & fish were oily along with black specks all over them from the fryer that seem as if it hasn't been clean for days. Couldn't believe that the kitchen sends this out and the servers don't look at the food before it goes out. I spoke to manager and he understood but I think he was oblivious of what was going on in his kitchen. He didn't charge us for the drinks, chips & salsa plus one meal which was the only eatable thing. We won't be returning to any Applebee's anymore. They need to update their menu to stay in business.
