Anyway, once again, sorry for the three stars, its really about Enterprise in general. it does not reflect the great staff in the office.
I have had many great experiences renting vehicles with Enterprise at this location. They went the extra mile to find exactly what I needed. The person who checked me in was extremely helpful. She stowed all the seats for me in a professional and courteous manner.
Giving three stars, here's why, I admit this is the best location in the area, when they are on point customer service is great, quick, low pressure, very helpful. The local staff, though they have high turnover (like really high, it's never the same people) are very nice.
The major problem I have is that often, though less often at this location than the other local ones, they don't have a car for you... Make a reservation days, a week, 2 weeks ahead..and day of they just don't have anything. "CAN you leave this afternoon? " No , it's a scheduled thing I just can't leave whenever.. The company seems to not understand what reservations are for. They move cars around all the time, so move one. You know I'm coming.
