I tried to call and talk to the location in Rehoboth Beach, DE and no one answers the phone. It is always forwarded to the national call center. There is a typo on their website that reads the following: " If you need to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, we will refund the full prepaid amount, less a $50.00 USD processing fee. If you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or if you fail to rent the car, a refund of the full prepaid amount, less a fee of $0.00 USD, will be charged." As you can see this is definitely incorrect, but the call center told me there is a $150 charge if you don't cancel within the 24 hour time period or if you fail to pick up at all. I need to cancel, but I really wanted to speak to someone first that is local at the location in Rehoboth. This is why I usually use Enterprise or Hertz...I at least have someone answer the phone and they don't keep my money if I cancel with enough notice. I feel that two weeks notice is adequate.

Worst experience ever, they took our reservation we arrive and they have no cars available. And everywhere else is closed. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I disliked this place because we were trying to call to see if we could turn in the car and nobody would answer, as we were walking in we found out the guy who wasn't answering was on the phone with his wife during work hours.
There was no car to rent when we arrived. They said it must have been a mistake with the kayak website. Regardless, the manager was rude and interrupted me. I would not recommend a location that has such poor customer service.
