Took 2 pea coats to be cleaned because they both had make-up on the collars. It was $10 for each, so $20 total. Last winter (2016) i paid $49.99 for each one. It took over a week to get them back. I didn't check them on the spot, as they were both in the same plastic overwrap on one hanger. Hung them in the coat closet when I got home. A few days later, I took out the blue one, tore off the dry cleaning tag, and hung in backseat of my car in case i needed it when i got off of work at 10pm. (It wasn't too cold when I left for work at 12noon). That night, I went to wear it and noticed bleach stains all over the front and down one arm. When i got home, i took out the black one. The threads are hanging off of 1 of the buttons, and its covered in lint. On top of that, the make-up stains werent completely gone. The woman at the store today refused to listen to what i had to say and accused me of wearing them, which is completely false. She kept speaking over me and interrupting me. She refused any type of compensation and threatened 2 call the police on me!! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I have found a cheaper dry cleaning place nearby where they don't send it out. The cleaning is done on the premises. I tried to post pics, but can not do it.
