I have a white puffy North Face coat that got the usual dirty wrist cuffs after a couple of winters. I dropped it off to Moon on Wednesday and picked up my good as brand new coat on Friday! I’m so glad I took it to them and I’m taking 2 more coats to be reguvinated this week.
Excellent cleaners. Always well done and on time. Not the cheapest but good!
Dropped off 5 shirts....4 new to be pressed and one to be washed and pressed which is normally $2.00. What I got back was a charge of $3.50 each for hand pressing the new shirts and an erroneous charge of $4.95 to dryclean the shirt to be washed and pressed. Had I been told it would be less expensive to just wash and press the new shirts...I would have gone that way. The net is the charge was $19.95 for what should have been $10.00. Of course there was no manager on site that could rectify the situation. Have been using Moon Cleaners for years....but will use Park Cleaners on Route 1 from now on.
