Clean facility, friendly front office staff, knowledgeable doctor's/nurses, and in and out in under an hour (not that they have any control how many patients are there, but still felt like they took the right amount of time with my child while also being efficient). If we need to seek care outside our doctor's normal hours, we'll come back here for sure.
Fast, efficient staff, can be crowded
We are out of towners. Had to stop here bc our 5 yo was ill. Very great staff! Kind, gentle and caring with our dr. We arrived about 9:34 and left around 10:50, which is not bad for urgent care. Dr. Melinda Ricker was really great as well as our nurse.
was in and out with a script for ear drops for an ear infection in under an hour. The ipads were pretty convenient and easy to use.
Was out of town and had to come here on Saturday morning for suspected UTI and having contractions while pregnant. i put my name on the list and waited 20min. then was called up to fill out the ipad with medical history and asked why i was there, i said a uti and contractions at 14 weeks. she wrote uti next to my name and i waited another hour in the waiting room. Finally a nurse takes me back and treated me rudely, cutting me off when i was speaking and acted like i was stupid for coming there instead of the hospital. (which is exactly what my hometown doc told me to do) She stated they are a walk in clinic, not urgent care, and i couldn't be seen there. But they surely charged me the urgent care price. This also would have been fine if I was treated respectfully and told up front at the front desk before I waited around for an hour and 20min. Very unprofessional and don't recommend.
