Good grocery store. Good place to go to stock up on supplied at the beach especially if you rent a house, apartment or condo. It is stocked well and a friendly atmosphere.
The store was clean and well stocked with friend staff. Pretty much all you could ask for in a grocery store as far as I’m concerned
Amazing supermarket...every employee goes out of their way to be kind, considerate and extremely helpful. ...I consistently pass 4 or more markets, yet always shop safeway! !! The gas points and easy to navigate app for additional coupons and savings is such an added plus!!!! Best meat, seafood and bakery! !!
Great Safeway! My husband and I went here the day before Thanksgiving looking for some turkey legs (we like dark meat) and weren’t able to find any. We asked the butcher and he had put aside some for another customer who had asked for 3, but he put 4 aside “just in case”.
If it wasn't a bit of a drive, this would be our go-to store. Clean, shelves stocked, plenty of parking, and ease,of getting in/getting out of the parking lot are all plusses.
Produce quality and variety is excellent. I've often asked the staff working in the produce dept. if I can sample a fruit. They always say yes, wash it and cut it open for me. The floral dept. is great with good quality materials. Since corporate asked them to put unnecessary bows/netting on every potted arrangement, prices have gone up. The staff couldn't be better. As a whole, the store itself could be stocked more fully, at times.
