Had a issue with a Rinnani unit at the house. I stopped into Schagrin's location in Midway around 3:00. By the time I got back to work they had called and set up a visit to the house within the hour. The service tech showed up even before promised, he was clean and professional and took care of everything. We have hot water again! Thanks Schagrin!

Now that it comes time for them to do the 2 free cleaning and changing of my filters, they say they are unable to do it.

We have this company as a gas provider. Our carbon monoxide detectors were going off so we called the fire company who recommending calling Aero just to make sure there was not a leak and my family would be safe. They came out during business hours but charged me an $80 fee. Not customer friendly and would not waive the fee. Use a different company if you can.

It's not my fault that one of your reps gave me a quote and then tried to get MORE money out of me than what was previously promised. This company DOES NOT follow their own written contracts.

This winter we purchased a tankless hot water heater and a Regency cast iron stove. It was great to see the stove displayed in the showroom, instead of a picture of a stove. The whole process was pleasant and professional, from the salesman who was able to come to our house within a few days to look at locations, to the technicians who installed the two items. I would definitely recommend this company and these products.

So, they transfer me to someone that is supposed to be able to explain to me what these issues are. She calls me back and says the exact same thing, like a broken record. I asked her what the problems were and all she says is there is a note on your account that says that we are no longer doing anymore work on your system. Again, I say ok and what are those issues. She just repeats that upper management put notes on my account that they can no longer work on my system due to past issues with the account.

I built a house November of last year. My builder recommended them. We had a contract signed up and it was done. Months later we get another bill for charges that were supposed to be included in the contract. My builder calls and talks to them and then they send out a new revised lower bill. I pay it and just be done with it.
