You really don't want to go here. I left a pre-printed labelled package there 8 days ago. It still hasn't left the store! Just discovered the poor service and can't wait to hear their explanation.
This store shipped a generator for me. I didn't know it was hazardous (lithium battery) and as a result of the clerk also not knowing, the package was held up at at Haz Mat hub in Missouri. The MO store "contacted the sender" which would be the Rehoboth store. The ball was dropped here and the owner and the claims person both said they have no responsibility for tracking this package whereabouts. The Missouri Hazmat location cannot find the package. UPS lost the generator! $2500 value.
I do NOT recommend sending packages through this store since they are unconcerned and rude when it comes to handling problems. I understand it's the Christmas rush and customers are demanding, but at least show some concern and offer to make a call.

The owner of this store Ed and Jan O'Brien in Rehoboth was rude and seemed unconcerned, as did Kayla who handles claims.
This is a one stop shop to get all your needs done from sending care packages to loved ones or taking care of business affairs out of state. They do it all. Once you become a local you will never go back to anyone else.
