I had a horrendous experience in this store. The owner is beyond rude and doesn't think before she speaks. They wanted to charge me $184 to ship a two-pound package to New Hampshire. I walked out, went to the Post Office and shipped the same package for $11. My advice to the owner is that it's time for her to retire. No one has the time to deal with tired old people who are past retirement age.
Why do we complete forms that specifically state - SIGNATURE REQUIRED if the facility isn't going to follow your instruction? I spent over $70 dollars for (2) small packages to be sent from this place -- NEVER AGAIN and over priced. Oh and yes, it was this facility that stated NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, so this isn't a FED EX issue, it's Parcel Plus 100%.
