Great breakfast sandwich. Delish hot chocolate!
The food is usually good but they run out of things by lunch time, and the dining area is always dirty. Last 2 times they took almost 10 minutes to prepare food. On a Sunday at lunchtime it's all jammed up at the counter with people waiting and you can't get to the soda fountains and condiments cause it's in the same area.. And it's a franchise so they don't offer items that the company run stores do.
Generally very good. However, I ordered a souffle which was "cold". Returned to get another and was pointed to the microwave. Asked for my money back. Explained that hot food should be kept hot. Bacteria!
Very well kept inside and out. The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently tasty!
Soo I'm very disappointed, I come here quite a bit and never ran into a problem, so I order the fontega chicken panini online for rapid pick up and get my food, get all the way to work to find out the sandwich I ordered had the chipotle mayo on it (not how I ordered it) so I go back to the store and tell the cashier who isn't very apologetic or knowledgeable at all and calls over some one else who repeats my order 3 times "Just chicken and bacon on the sandwich right" I said yes. As her and all her co workers keeping saying it to each other as if they are being smart and rude! Not once did I get a sorry but felt like an inconvenience to them making my order correct how I ordered it.. no one would look at my email confirmation to make sure it was made correct. The lady hands me my bag and I said so it's made right this time and show her my email she looks at it and says yes. I get out to my car to take a look and the stuff on the sandwich is right but it is NOT THE PANINI bread. Smh at this point I'm done! Probably the worst experience I've had. So disappointed, I will not be visiting rehoboth Panera again. When walking back in with my order to let them know it was made wrong I was very nice and I expected a totally different experience on their end.
