You will not find a more responsive real estate agent at the beach, and if you consider the fact that he is also a broker, his level of personalized attention is even more rare. To but it simply, Joe does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it! You won't get that kind of service from most folks in Lower Delaware. The fact that he is a local and knows the market so well is an additional plus. This is not some part time fling for Joe, he is dedicated to his business and his customers and devotes his full time attention to your satisfaction!
