It's always enjoyable to visit the people that work in the Post Office. Working in a resort area can't be easy, but they always great us with a smile.
ZERO STARS DELLA...Della is a horrible employee for the public postal service. We should not have to deal with people like such. Rude, Dry, Cold and not so Bright. My experience was not a good one. I read some reviews and I seen quite a few with her name in it and the reviews are very poor. That says a lot about Della (not good) and a mouth full about these US post office reviews. Who will review these comments that have authority to do something towards these tired employees and that will make a difference where its needed.
Always Excellent Service. Della and Rick make the experience of coming to the Post Office a visit with old friends. Not only is this staff the most efficient they are extremely caring. Rick and Della have helped me more than I can say, while my spouse was in Iraq, they helped me packed items for the troops, helped get my Passport renewed, and with new Real Estate clients...thank you.
Called for two days straight no answer, tried at least 10-15 times. The Rehoboth Annex tried to help which was very nice. They called me back, but I was on the other line, but answered and said please hold, immediately got off the other line 30 seconds and they had hung up that quick. Clearly they don't want to talk to anyone. A great example of our Public Postal System. Wow!!!
Coming to the Rehoboth Post Office is like going to Cheers... everybody knows your name. Friendly folk behind the counter that are always willing to go that extra mile for you. I also love how they keep birthday another greeting cards there, for last minute convenience. Passport services also available, just make an appointment.
