Great beach house. Nice kitchen, open concept, and many bedrooms to accommodate family. The best part was that it was right on RTE 1A so we were able to walk to Rehoboth Beach in about 15 to 20 minutes.

New, clean, good location near Rehoboth Ave. Very well furnished. Gated. Took one star off because it feels a bit cramped, but it is a condo development so that's to be expected to a degree.
Shoal Harbor is the newest community in the Rehoboth Beach area. The townhouses are modern, furnished with style with 9ft ceilings and modern amenities. The community has a pool. A lot of the townhouses are available for rent through ReMax Realty. Great place to stay any time of the year!
