Worst management I have ever seen!!! Disrespectful and stupid!!! Do yourself a favor and find another place along Rehoboth beach!!!
Great place and location. The management is rude! Be careful when speaking to them because they raise their voice when unnecessary and make you feel like they are doing you a favor when they speak to you. Basically they make you feel like you don't belong there and to tell you the truth we are looking for somewhere else more friendly after vacationing the past 15 years there. We considered buying a condo in the building but do not want to deal with this management team.
Nice hotel, but in the middle of the night a pipe burst in the room above ours. We were never offered a new room, money off our bill, no kind of compensation for the inconvenience. There was a Great view of the beach though.
Old school condo management office. Everything is done by telephone and paper. But it's what you need when you're booking a vacation rental. The building itself is secure and very well-kept.
