My wife and I have been members for about 12 years, and use it several times a week. We like it -- it's always very clean, nice staff, lots of equipment and machines that we like. The problem for me is that the sauna is out of order, repeatedly -- i.e., over and over. It's broken more than it works. The owner installed a new system a few months ago, and apparently he was sold a lemon. But instead of getting his money back and buying a system that works, he just lets it keep breaking down. As soon as I find a local fitness center with a sauna, I will be switching. Too bad, after all this time. If it weren't for the sauna problem, I would give it 5 stars.
