The condo was clean and the noise level was perfect! The front office staff were helpful and very pleasant.
Even with the not so great condo, we had an absolutely wonderful time. Rehobeth is a great beach for families or couples and we will return.
A very relaxing Condominium perfect for a weekend getaway. Quality depends on which room your in due to most rooms being privately owned. Its beach side with great views at the very end of the boardwalk. Highly recommended
Location, location, location! I love the fact that the condos are on the boardwalk. For me it's a plus that the building isn't too close to the main strip. It makes it much more peaceful and during off hours the beach is pretty desolate, which we love.
Having said that, the condo(805) we stayed in, is in serious need of an update to the bathrooms. SERIOUS! They were like caves, dark paint colors, very little light, and a good bit of mold around the tubs and sinks. The rest of the unit was decent with exception of the upholstery. The sofa was pretty dirty, stained by guests and we covered it with a sheet. Also the unit only had a 30 gal water heater, so we had to take quick showers and/or space them out. Not good if you have 4 people getting ready for dinner after a day at the beach. The outside of the building is also in need of new paint, it wasn't terribly bad, but it was bad enough for me to notice.
