Terrible awful rude nonexistent customer service. I went in to that store ready to spend a boat load of money on a couple birds, a cage, a back up cage, toys, food, the works. However out of the 5 people working there, none of them even acknowledged our presence. So no, I'll take my money somewhere else. You missed out big time.
The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and had a horrendous very nasty personality. I will never buy from this disrespectful store. The customer services is absolutely horrid. Act as if she is doing the customer a favor. Wake Up! You need US, we don't need YOU!
This store has unique items. Very friendly. Nice place just to kill some time even if you don't want to buy anything.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. As someone who worked retail for over 3 years, it is very upsetting receiving such treatment. I spent $8 on a watermelon and it was awful. Produce was very over priced, as is everything else. A real shame considering it's a nice place to visit due to the exotic birds,huge koi fish, and many different plants and flowers.
Waited for 20 minutes, and the lady didn't even acknowledge us...she sat on the phone the whole time. We even said bye and she didn't respond. Lost a sale.
