I've been in DC for over a year, now, and still haven't found a regular, reliable place to have my haircut. So, I make a point to have my hair cut, here, whenever I can. Melanie is efficient and always does a nice job. And, the price can't be touched by even the chains in DC. The atmosphere is not DC - no blaring, hip music, no offers of tea and bottled water- but you're at the beach trying to get away from all that, right?
