The people at Grand Rental were terrific. We are from out of town and needed audio/video equipment for a rehearsal dinner. The communication from Grand Rental was immediate. Ron came at 1 PM to set up all of the equipment and make sure we were happy with it. He then moved it to the side so that nobody would bump it. Ron returned that evening and set us up again for our presentation. We couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. He was very patient and very thorough.

I had never even heard of a linen rental service, but I needed a way to deal with 20+ beds in 2 large houses for a family reunion. Grand Rental Station had a great website to select what I needed and a real person who answered the phone and gave me quick and accurate answers to questions. The whole process was super simple and completely hassle free. My mistake to order too much of something. They let us return it same day, unopened, for an easy and appreciated refund.
Dealing with linens was going to be a huge headache for this vacation, and Grand Rental Station made that whole headache go away.
