Merchandise was poorly organized and limited in selection. What happened? Last year this was the best Kmart ever. Disappointing.
They renovated store it's okay some of the employees are not always polite or sure what they are doing
Customer Service Rep. was very helpful with my return. My only suggestion would be for the store to clearly post where the return/exchange line is verses the checkout line.
Can't believe how small they have made this store. Was always good for a couple of hours shopping. You can check it out pretty good now in about 20 minutes.
Sadly I have to say this but K-Mart has gone down. I always enjoyed shopping here but in their downsizing they lost much of what made them different.
