Staff is friendly and helpful. Obviously their stuff is expensive but they usually always have sales going on throughout the entire store and if u sign up for their emails, they always send me coupons for anywhere from 15%-30% off my purchases n i usually get these emails a couple times a month.
Nice clothes not worth the price w/o coupons.
RL had a decent supply of product that was of an interest to me and at a good price point. That is always great.
Walked in, was greeted and told the 2xl and big and tall section was in the back. I wear an XL so kind of an offensive way to greet customers.
Goodafternoon De./Rehoboth, Last week I and my wife had a nice shopping experience, we arrived at the store upon them opening and they were just about finishing up a staff meeting. We were greeted by every single staff member in passing on the way to the Mens Dept. Also a very seasoned older lady even stopped to greet and give us intel on what's what in the store. We proceeded and was met by to gentleman workinh in the big mens section, one guy(older fella) was fairly a new employee but extremely knowledgeable about his department... and the other fella(big guy) whose name started with an "A" were just about there business, tending to any questions or whatever we had a need of making the shopping experience excellent. I got what I needed and shook both there hands because it warranted that. Sometimes when you go in high-end stores like that it can be a (nevermind I'll shop on line experience) but not here. They were the epitome of professionalism etc.
