Went to Pacsun outlet with my stepfather, this happened today, current time it happened would be 10:19 so just a few minutes ago, first time in this outlet and my stepfather was on the phone with my mother having a personal conversation on his personal cellphone, so he had happened to slip up and he said ONE not so friendly word. One of the store employees felt it was her obligation to speak up and tell my stepfather that he has no place cursing, mind you my stepfather is a 36 year old man, im sure he can say what he wants to say, so being the man my stepfather is he let her know that she had no obligation to say what she said when he did this a despute started between my stepfather and the employee. I guess this employee has never heard of what the customer says goes unless of course its inaccurate. To continue, she then threatened to have my stepfather arrested for something that he said. After a while my mother asked what store we were in and she immediately hung the phone up and called the store herself, when she told the woman on the phone the issue and then asked to speak to the manager the woman hung up the phone on her, my mother is currently on her way here to pacsun to file a complaint on this employee, but im almost sure that nothing will happen to this employee. My first and last time coming in Pacsun was today, and my overall view of this store is terrible. Thankyou PacSun you've lost a brand new customer.
