I brought back an item that was faulty within 30 days of purchasing it. The owner indicated it was "normal wear and tear" and would not provide any assistance at all. A larger store would have quickly replaced the item. Instead, because I tried to patronize a local, small business, I am stuck with an expensive item that I will no longer wear. The store is great as long as you are purchasing something, but any problems after the fact will apparently be ignored.
