My family and I came to Rehobeth on vacation. Unfortunately my truck blew a fuel line. These guys had me towed, and repaired within 4 hours!! Absolutely incredible turnaround! Very grateful for their help!! Thanks!!
I was vacationing in Rehoboth Oct 2017 and wanted to get the brakes and shocks checked/serviced on my car before leaving. This place had great reviews, so I thought "Gold. I'll go here." I called to ask questions on pricing charges for brakes and was greeted with an annoyed sounding gal saying, "The Garage". No "Hello" or "Thank you for calling...". I asked about what they charged for brakes and she sounded confused by the question, but worse was she gave a very condescending tone when replying. I finally asked, "I guess what I'm trying to say is what you charge for labor". She answered in a "you should have known" kind of town, "80.00 an hour". I thanked her and asked when I could get an appointment to which she immediately replied in an obviously annoyed tone, "hold on". Needless to say, I hung up and said, "NOPE. Not going to any place that doesn't treat me as a valued potential customer let alone valued as a person. I can't review The Garage for service since I won't be going. How you treat a customer from the very start is a critical component to success in business - and this lady proved that customers don't matter to her. I haven't had that bad of an experience in a long time. Makes me wonder how many other lost-business customers The Garage has had due to their lack of concern for quality customer service approaches or hiring/training people who exhibit it. Will never go here - they lost a customer for life and the potential for loyalty and referral business. Sad really as we plan to be back to Rehoboth regularly..
