The children's play place is absolutely disgusting. It is filthy and unsafe. There is a hole in the floor where the kids are supposed to be able to play with broken pipes sticking out of it! Unbelievable!
They have rarely messed up an order, and they're usually pretty fast. The few times I've gone inside instead of the drive through have been clean.
There is a handful of people who have been there for several years, and know what they're doing.
Other than that it was great, and the food was fresh.
Now, this is 5 stars as far as compared to other McDonald's. Compared to most "real" restaurants, 2 stars. But the odds that you don't know what you're signing up for regarding McDonald's food is likely zero.
I hope they're being compensated for their consistency, because many fast food places have to throw out messed up orders (and profits) constantly.
Have to wonder if food preppers can even read. 3/4 time order is wrong & have to check it before leaving drive thru. If ask for extra cheese I get it not on the sandwich but in a seperate box to put on sandwich myself. It's a hot burger & cheese should be on it & melted! The only thing mcd has going for it is its easier to enter/leave than most other fast foods. Overall, food & service sucks!!! (Rte 1 & 24, Rehoboth, Del)
The service was quick and friendly. My family ordered ice cream cones and ice cream Sundaes that were so good and comforting. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and updated. I preferred to order the usual familiar way instead of through a machine so I was greeted with a smile and had no problem ordering the way I preferred to.
Did drive through. Doesn't take enough time for my order. Manager snipped at another worker while I was at drive up window.
